Aces aid in Quest to find "Hairiest Back"

ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Just in time for Valentine's Day, the Alaska Aces, Solara Skin & Laser Center, and the Bob & Mark Show from 106.5 KWHL will host the Hairiest Back Contest at the Sullivan Arena on Friday, February 9th during the 2nd intermission.
The contest, which began in late January with the Bob & Mark Show, will allow fans in-arena to choose the winner with the hairiest back. Hosting the final decision on-ice will be Autumn McDonald from Solara and Mark of the Bob & Mark Show.
The winner will receive a Laser Back Hair Removal Package valued at $1400 and a gift certificate for $500 worth of services at Solara. The 1st through 5th placed contestants will receive a $200 in store credit to Solara Skin & Laser. All contestants that are chosen to participate on-ice Friday will receive two free ticket vouchers to any Aces regular season home game.

Aces fans can also sign up to be a contestant on Friday night by visiting Solara's wet side table. Contestants should be prepared to go on ice 2nd intermission for the final decision.
The Aces take on the Phoenix Roadrunners tomorrow night and Saturday at 7:15 p.m., as well as Sunday at 5:05 p.m. Bring your skates on Sunday for "Skate with the Aces" following the game, brought to you by Fred Meyer.
