$5 Student Ticket Night on Thursday, November 26

(Peterborough, ON) - The game on Thursday, November 26 between the Petes and Sarnia Sting will be a $5 Student Night presented by Brown's Fine Foods.

Peterborough and area elementary, high school, college, and university students can purchase tickets in the Sun Life Financial Family Zone for just $5 (while supplies last, additional City of Peterborough fees and taxes may apply). Also, Brown's Fine Foods will be offering a special one-night-only food and beverage deal.

Thursday's game is also the annual Special Olympics fundraiser. Before the game, Peterborough Deputy Police Chief Tim Farquharson will take part in the ceremonial puck drop along with Special Olypmics athlete Jessey Campbell. There will be various activities throughout the game in support of local Special Olympics initiatives.

Fans are also encouraged to check out the East Lobby Kid Space to play the new Petes Table Hockey Game, which features replica Petes players including Steve Yzerman, Tie Domi, Chris Pronger, Ron Tugnutt, and more as voted by Petes fans.
