LAKEWOOD, NJ - A game-winning infield single by Scott Kingery capped a three-run 12th inning and the BlueClaws came back to top Greensboro 5-4 on Monday night at FirstEnergy Park.

Lakewood had tied the game on a two-run triple by Herlis Rodriguez off James Buckalew before Kingery's infield single, which capped the BlueClaws fifth walk-off win of the season.

The win is the second extra-inning win in the last three days for Lakewood, who topped Hickory 4-1 in 18 innings on Saturday. The BlueClaws are now 3-2 on their homestand, 25-19 in the second half and 58-54 on the year. They remain five games back of first place West Virginia.

Both teams threatened in extra innings. Greensboro had runners at second and third with none out in the 10th, but Jairo Munoz got out of the jam. In the 11th, the BlueClaws had the bases loaded with one out but Deivi Grullon grounded into an inning-ending 5-2-3 double play.

The BlueClaws tied the game in the bottom of the seventh inning off reliever Ryan Hafner. With one out, Chase Harris doubled down the right field line to score Deivi Grullon, and then Herlis Rodriguez, who extended a hitting streak to 12 games earlier, lined a two-out single to right to score Harris and tie the game.

Greensboro had taken a 2-0 lead off Ranfi Casimiro on a fourth inning home run by Arturo Rodriguez, his 14th of the season.

Those were the only two runs allowed by Casimiro on the night, who went seven innings and struck out a season-high seven. Casimiro got out of 2nd/3rd with nobody out to end the seventh and keep the BlueClaws within 2-0.

The series continue on Tuesday night at 7:05. LHP Austin Davis (2-4) throws for Lakewood against RHP Tyler Kolek (4-9).
