Altoona Curve News Release

CURVE, Pa. - The Altoona Curve are pleased to announce that season tickets for the 2011 season and the 13th season in franchise history are now on sale. Despite the ever-increasing costs of doing business, the Curve are offering fans an even better price on season tickets with a deeper Early Bird discount than last fall. If paid in full by November 1, fans can get season tickets for the best seats in the ballpark - Diamond Club (lower level near field) - for just $575.

Normal season ticket prices are $639 for Diamond Club, $497 for Terrace, $335 for Grandstand, and $284 for Bleachers. This pricing already represents $1 off per game of the regular ticket prices of for each of those levels for 71 home games.

However, there is even more incentive to purchase 2011 season tickets before November 1. Those who pay in full by that date can save up to another $64 per ticket off the regular rate. The Early Bird Special pricing is listed in the table below:

Section Normal Season Ticket

Price Early Bird Price

(if paid in full by Nov. 1) Early Bird Savings

Diamond Club (100 level) $639 $575 $64

Terrace (200 level) $497 $450 $47

Grandstand (300 level) $335 $310 $25

Bleachers (OF Reserve) $284 $274 $10

"Despite the cost of business going up, we are proud to announce that 2011 season tickets will be available at a lower price with our Early Bird discount," said Curve General Manager Rob Egan. "The Early Bird discounts are even better than the ones we offered last fall...and that was a very popular offer. We want to deliver the best value possible for our most loyal fans - our season ticket holders."

Season tickets for the 2011 season can be purchased in person during any remaining Curve regular season or playoff game at Blair County Ballpark, during normal business hours at the ballpark offices, or by calling toll free at 877-99-CURVE.
