Pearl, MS - The Mississippi Braves 2010 schedule features 70 home games and 70 road games for a full 140-game summer. The M-Braves open the 2010 slate at Trustmark Park on Thursday, April 8th against the Tennessee Smokies. Mississippi's final home game of 2010 will be Monday, August 30th against the Carolina Mudcats. They finish the year with a four-game series in Birmingham September 3-6.

The Braves April schedule features five-game homestands against the Tennessee Smokies and Mobile BayBears as the Braves have only 10 games at Trustmark Park during the month.

They open May in Jacksonville before returning to Trustmark Park for a five-game series against Birmingham, and a 10-game homestand against the West Tenn Diamond Jaxx and Huntsville Stars. The Montgomery Biscuits come to town on May 31st to finish out the month.

June begins with four more games against the Biscuits. The Braves also welcome the Chattanooga Lookouts to town for five games and the Mobile BayBears for a six-game series in June.

Mississippi has 12 home games in July as they open the July schedule with a home game against the West Tenn Diamond Jaxx on the Fourth of July. The three-game series against the Jaxx will be a part of a seven-game homestand against the D-Jaxx and Birmingham Barons. The Southern League All-Star Break is from July 11-13 before the Braves face the Tennessee Smokies in a five-game series to finish out the month. The 2010 Southern League All-Star Game is on Monday, July 12th in Huntsville.

The Braves have five games against the BayBears and Biscuits in early August before a seven-game homestand completes the home schedule. The Braves have three games against the Jacksonville Suns and four games against the Mudcats to finish the 2010 home slate.
