2005 MWL playoffs start tonight

The LumberKings take on the Swing starting tonight at the Quad Cities as the 2005 Midwest League Playoffs start. The first round is a best of three with games two and three (if necessary) at Alliant Energy Field in Clinton.

Playoff tickets can be purchased at the LumberKings' main office from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm in person - by calling the LumberKings' business office at (563) 242-0727 - or by emailing the LumberKings at lumberkings@lumberkings.com. Ticket prices for the 2005 Midwest League Playoffs will be $7 for box seats, $6 for adult general admission, and $5 for senior citizen/student/military general admission.

Tickets to all future playoff games will be sold on an as needed basis.
