2-1 Ten Inning Loss to Charleston

Rome, GA - The Rome Braves fell to the Charleston RiverDogs Wednesday afternoon in front of 2,039 fans at State Mutual Stadium.

Charleston scored first in the third inning when Angel Aguilar lined an RBI single to left field allowing Devyn Bolasky to score from second giving the RiverDogs a 1-0 lead. The Braves tied the contest in the seventh on an RBI single by Joseph Daris scoring Tanner Murphy.

The RiverDogs took a 2-1 lead in the tenth on an RBI single by Dustin Fowler and held on for the win.

Rony Bautista (1-0) notches the win for Charleston and Rome's Dustin Emmons (0-2) gets the loss. Charleston's Joe Harvey (7) is credited with the save.
