The Sarnia Sting are proud to partner with North Kent Mutual Insurance to give back to those in our community who need it most at a special time of year.

On Sunday, November 24th the Sarnia Sting will host their first annual Toy Drive presented by North Kent Mutual Insurance when the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds visit the Progressive Auto Sales Arena for a Sunday afternoon matchup.

"We are excited to continue to add to our community programming we currently have in place. Christmas is a special time of the year and we hope that through this toy drive we can continue to make it a special time for those who may need a little help. it is imperative that we give back to this community that continues to support us each-and-every season and we would like to thank North Kent Mutual Insurance for helping us continue to do so with this great event." Comments Sting President Bill Abercrombie on the partnership.

Fans are encouraged to bring a new (packaged) toy to the game on Sunday, November 24th at the Progressive Auto Sales Arena and place them in the donation bins positioned inside of Gates, 1, 2 & 5. Toys will be collected and delivered personally by the Sting and North Kent Mutual Insurance to local charities, to be sure they are distributed in time for Christmas. The Sarnia Sting would like to thank all our fans for their generosity and support of community initiatives like this.

The Sting will also be honoring their ongoing partnership and commitment to Special Olympics Ontario.
