Storm Announce Schedule for 20th Anniversary Season

July 15, 2019 - Kearney, NE. - The Tri-City Storm has announced its regular season schedule for the 2019-2020 season, the 20th season in Tri-City Storm history. The Storm will play host to the Omaha Lancers on Friday, October 4th for the home opener to the 2019-2020 season at the Viaero Center. The following week on Thursday, October 10th, Tri-City will host the defending Clark Cup Champion Sioux Falls Stampede. This weekend at the 2019 NHL Draft at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, a record number of Storm players were drafted by NHL member clubs. Storm Forward Brendan Budy Announces Commitment to North Dakota

June 20, 2019 - Kearney, NE. - Tri-City Storm forward Brendan Budy recently announced a commitment to play college hockey for the North Dakota Fighting Hawks. Budy appeared in thirty-one regular season games and all six of the Storm's Clark Cup Playoff games after joining the team on December 28th. Budy was drafted 2nd overall by Tri-City in the 2018 USHL Phase I draft. May 31, 2019 - Kearney, NE. - Tri-City Storm forward Khristian Acosta has announced a commitment to play college hockey at Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA for the 2019-2020 season. With the announcement, every player on Tri-City's 2018-2019 Anderson Cup Championship team has previously announced a college commitment.
