The Syracuse Crunch earned three wins in Week 22 to extend their winning streak to five games. It comes on the heels of a seven-game winning streak, giving the Crunch 12 wins in the last 13 games.

March 10, 2026 - SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Syracuse Crunch have acquired forward Matthew Peca from the Springfield Thunderbirds in exchange for defenseman Wyatt Newpower, General Manager & Head Coach Joel Bouchard announced today.
Peca, 32, has played in 49 games with the Thunderbirds this season tallying eight goals and 26 assists. Last season, he posted a career-high 31 goals to go along with 32 assists and was named to the AHL First All-Star Team. March 10, 2026 - SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Tampa Bay Lightning have recalled defenseman Steven Santini from the Syracuse Crunch, Vice President and General Manager Julien BriseBois announced today.
Santini, 31, has skated in nine games with Tampa Bay this season, recording one assist and a plus-1 rating while averaging 11:34 of ice time. The 6-foot-3, 217-pound blueliner has appeared in 133 career NHL games between the New Jersey Devils, Nashville Predators, St. Louis Blues and Lightning, posting five goals and 24 points.

March 8, 2026 - SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Syracuse Crunch defeated the Utica Comets, 4-1, this afternoon at the Adirondack Bank Center.
Dylan Duke led the Crunch in scoring with two goals while Nick Abruzzese and Brendan Furry also found the back of the net. Six additional Syracuse skaters added a tally on the afternoon.
The Crunch advance to 35-17-3-1 on the season and 8-3-0-0 in the 12-game seasons series with the Comets.
