January 26, 2026 - SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Tampa Bay Lightning have recalled forward Curtis Douglas from his conditioning stint with the Syracuse Crunch, Vice President and General Manager Julien BriseBois announced today. Douglas, 25, has played in 27 games with Tampa Bay this season, recording two assists and 75 penalty minutes while averaging 5:58 of time on ice. Crunch Fall to Comets, 5-1

January 25, 2026 - SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Syracuse Crunch fell to the Utica Comets, 5-1, today at the Adirondack Bank Center. The Crunch move to 23-15-2-1 on the season and 7-3-0-0 in the 12-game seasons series with the Comets. Crunch goaltender Ryan Fanti turned aside 5-of-9 shots before being relieved by Brandon Halverson two minutes into the second period. Halverson went on to stop 17-of-18. January 25, 2026 - SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Tampa Bay Lightning have recalled defenseman Max Groshev from the Syracuse Crunch today, Vice President and General Manager Julien BriseBois announced. Groshev, 24, has played in one game with the Lightning this season, making his NHL debut on December 28 versus the Montreal Canadiens. January 24, 2026 - SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Syracuse Crunch rolled past the Utica Comets, 6-3, tonight at the Upstate Medical University Arena. Mitchell Chaffee and Matteo Pietroniro each potted one goal and two assists, while Conor Geekie added three helpers.
