April 4, 2026 - Medicine Hat, AB - The Tigers took on the Pats for game five of the first round on Saturday, April 4th in Co-op Place.
Coming into the game with a 3-1 series lead the Tigers were looking for one more win to close out the series and advance to the second round of the 2026 WHL Playoffs.
Tigers players came out to Co-op Place on their feet and their flashlights in the air, showing that Tiger fans were ready to cheer on their team as they chased a series clinching win.

April 2, 2026 - Calgary, Alta. - The Western Hockey League announced today the 2025-26 finalists for the Brad Hornung Memorial Trophy, presented annually to the WHL's Most Sportsmanlike Player.
In two seasons with the Regina Pats, Hornung was widely regarded and respected for his combination of talent, desire, and unmistakable sportsmanlike attitude. He was paralyzed following a collision in a game in Regina on March 1, 1987, but remained deeply engrained in hockey and the WHL until his passing in 2022.

After a stellar performance the night before the Tigers were looking to build on their 8-2 win Tuesday night and obtain a 3-1 series lead before returning to Co-op Place on Saturday, April 4th.
