March 26, 2026 - Calgary, AB - The Medicine Hat Tigers will begin defense of their 2025 WHL Championship by battling the Regina Pats in the first round of the 2026 WHL Playoffs.
It has been nearly 20 years since the Tigers and Pats tangoed in the WHL Playoffs. The two teams last met in post-season action during the second round of the 2007 WHL Playoffs. The Tigers swept the Pats en route to winning the WHL Championship.

March 23, 2026 - Medicine Hat, AB - The Tigers announced Liam Ruck as the Labels Player of the Month for March on Saturday, March 21st. Ruck was presented with a suit courtesy of Labels for Men ahead of the Tigers' regular season finale in Co-op Place.
Ruck, a 17-year-old product of Osoyoos, British Columbia recorded nine goals and nine assists for 18 points in nine games during the month of March.

March 23, 2026 - Calgary, Alta.- Medicine Hat Tigers forward Markus Ruck has captured the Bob Clarke Trophy as the 2025-26 WHL Top Scorer.
The 18-year-old from Osoyoos, B.C., paced the league with 21 goals and 87 assists for 108 points and a +45 rating in 68 games.
Ruck's twin brother, Liam, finished in a close second place with 104 points (45G-59A).
The 6-foot, 167-pound centreman was only held off the scoresheet 12 times, while recording three or more points on 11 occasions, highlighted by a one-goal, four-assist effort in a 10-4 ... Full Story
