Red Bulls and MSG Networks Release 2013 Television Schedule

HARRISON, NJ (Feb. 14, 2013) - The New York Red Bulls and MSG Networks have unveiled the official television schedule for the upcoming 2013 season. MSG Networks will televise 21 of the MLS team's 34 regular season matches on MSG or MSG+.

MSG Networks' first Red Bulls telecast will be Saturday, March 23 at 4:30 PM ET against the Montreal Impact on MSG with a 30-minute pregame show starting at 4:00 PM. MSG Networks will produce pregame and post game shows for all Red Bulls home games and select away matches.

"MSG Networks has shown that over our club's history, they have been a strong partner and we look forward to continuing that relationship in the 2013 season," said Red Bulls General Manager Jérôme de Bontin. "They provide our fans with coverage that is among the best in Major League Soccer and we are excited to again work with MSG in the coming year."

MSG Networks' Emmy Award-winning broadcaster Steve Cangialosi returns for his sixth season as the team's play-by-play announcer and 12th covering the Red Bulls, while former goalkeeper Shep Messing starts his 13th season as an expert analyst. Host and sideline reporter Tina Cervasio will be back for her sixth season covering the Red Bulls.

New York's remaining 13 regular season matches will be exclusively shown by MLS national partners ESPN Networks (seven times: two on ESPN, five on ESPN2) and the NBC Sports Group (six times: five on NBCSN, one on NBC). In addition, UniMas will telecast six Red Bulls matches in Spanish (MSG Networks will televise those games simultaneously in English).
