Second Edition of the Mauro Biello Festival this Weekend

MONTREAL - The Montreal Impact will host the second edition of the Mauro Biello Festival, a tournament this weekend for U16 and U14 aged teams, at the Marie-Victorin Sports Complex, located at 7000 Maurice-Duplessis boulevard, in Montreal.The Montreal Impact will field three teams from its sport-etudes program, represented in both age categories.
"It's an important opportunity for our young prospects do play against other club teams," said Academy director Philippe Eullaffroy. "This tournament will also help us validate their progression under match conditions."
All teams will play five 30-minute games.
Impact defender Karl W. Ouimette and assistant coach Mauro Biello will be present on Sunday to hand out the team and MVP trophies.
Spectators are invited to attend the games free of charge. In addition, the Capucine restaurant will offer a special menu at reduced rates for those in attendance.
