Reign Dedicate Night to Season Ticket Holder Phil Merriam

ONTARIO, Calif. - The Ontario Reign, defending Pacific Division Champions and proud affiliate of the NHL's 2012 Stanley Cup Champion Los Angeles Kings, are excited to dedicate an evening to Phil Merriam, a season ticket holder who won a night of his own on Nov. 30, 2012.
As a part of his prize, Merriam will be featured throughout the Reign's game against the Stockton Thunder and get to participate in the ceremonial puck drop. He also makes an appearance on the Reign's pocket schedule and promotional calendar on ontarioreign.com.
Merriam won the honor as part of a drawing in May that included all season ticket holders who took advantage of the Reign's Early Bird renewal offer. Other prizes included game worn jerseys, gift certificates to local restaurants, use of the Owner's Suite for a night and free season tickets. A total of 39 prizes were given out to Early Bird season ticket renewers.
Merriam, a Highland resident and California native, has been a season ticket holder with the Reign for four years. He cites some of his favorite Reign moments as the 2011 Teddy Bear Toss and the first time he witnessed the Reign tally a shootout victory. Merriam is an avid traveler who lists some of his favorite places as England and Niagara Falls, and also loves going on cruises.
