Greenville, SC: The Road Warriors announced today their Warrior Appreciation Night will be held on November 28, 2012 against Reading at 7 p.m.
The Road Warriors will salute the men and women who keep our country safe next Wednesday night on the EquilifeMD rink at the BI-LO Center. There will be discounted tickets for all active and retired military, police, fire and first responders. In addition the Road Warriors will wear special Warrior Appreciation Night jerseys, pictured below, in honor of those who protect us. After the game the Road Warriors will auction of the jerseys to benefit the Wounded Warrior Regiment and Rama Memorial Scholarship Fund for the Greenville Fire Department.
"We are proud to honor and celebrate the men and women who keep our country and community safe," said Chris Lewis, Road Warriors Executive Vice President and General Manager. "In addition to celebrating those who serve our country and community we are also excited to be able to help the Wounded Warrior Regiment and the Rama Memorial Scholarship Fund. We are looking forward to a great night and sharing it with those who provide help within the great community in which we live."
