RENO, Nev.-The Aces jumped out to an early lead Friday night, but Colorado Springs pushed across five runs in the eighth inning to capture a 7-4 victory over Reno in the series finale at Aces Ballpark.

Reno scored three in the first inning and took a 4-2 lead into the eighth. In that frame, though, the Sky Sox sent nine men to the plate and scored five times to collect the come-from-behind victory.

Aces starter Zach Kroenke took the hard-luck no decision, holding the Sky Sox to just a run over five frames. Jensen Lewis (2-1) took the loss, surrendering all five runs in the eighth.

The win went to Colorado Springs starter Guillermo Moscoso (7-5), who scattered four runs on 10 hits through seven innings of work. Cory Riordan held the Reno offense silent over the game's final two frames to collect the save.

At the dish for Reno, Adam Eaton and Josh Bell led the way with two hits apiece. A.J. Pollock doubled, scored and drove in two.

The Aces now open a four-game set with the Sacramento River Cats at Aces Ballpark. In Saturday's opener, RHP Joe Martinez (10-6, 5.11 ERA) gets the nod for Reno, while RHP Dan Straily (4-2, 0.96 ERA) counters for the River Cats. First pitch is set for 7:05 p.m. PT, and the evening will be highlighted by an Aces Welcome Mat Giveaway presented by KOLO 8 News Now.

Tickets are on-sale now at RenoAces.com, by calling (775) 334-7000 or by visiting the Aces Ballpark Ticket Office.
