Anaheim Ducks Recall Nick Bonino

Syracuse, NY (December 6, 2011) -* The Syracuse Crunch have announced today that the Anaheim Ducks have recalled center Nick Bonino.

Bonino, has recorded 20 points (5g, 15a) in 17 games with the Crunch this season. He has also seen action in one game with the Ducks this year after playing in 26 games in Anaheim during the 2010-11 season. Bonino was originally drafted by the San Jose Sharks in the sixth round, 173rdoverall, of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft and was acquired by the Ducks via trade in March of 2009.

The Crunch travel to St. John's for a two game tilt with the IceCaps before returning home to the War Memorial Arena on December 10 to take on the Hamilton Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. The 10th is also the Stanley Steemer Tired Teddy Toss, bring a new or gently used stuffed animal to toss for a chance to win $500 gift card to Carousel Center. Stuffed animals will be collected and refurbished by Stanley Steemer before being donated to the Salvation Army.
