
Snappers' Catcher Moves to New Britain

Minnesota Twins 5th round pick in the 2009 First-Year Player Draft Tobias Streich has been promoted to double A New Britain.
The West Virginia product has played in 40 games with the Snappers primarily at the catcher position. In 2009 Streich was tied for second in the Appalachian League for home runs with 10. While at West Virginia he became the second freshman in school history to start at the catcher position.
The Snappers roster is now at 23.
