Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, will be hosting their very first wedding on ice this Saturday, November 28, 2009 presented byHannoush Jewelers. Doors will open at 5:30 pm with Lance and Shawna exchanging their wedding vows starting at 6:00 pm at center ice of the MassMutual Center.
Also as part of this special evening, the newlyweds will celebrate their very first dance at center ice during the first intermission of the Falcons game against the Manchester Monarchs. Throughout the
concourse on Saturday, there will be other vendors on site to help fans with all of their wedding needs.
As part of this special night, the couple is receiving the following:
* Ceremony is taking place on the ice before the Falcons game performed by Justice of the Peace Ruth Farnsworth. * Wedding reception will be held in the Executive Perch overlooking the ice surface for 50 people with tickets to the game and food compliments of the Springfield Falcons. * Hannoush Jewelers is donating his and her wedding bands (valued up to $1,000). * Deluxe Limousine is bringing the lucky couple to center ice for their first dance during the first intermission. * Formal Affair located in West Springfield is providing tuxedoes for the groom, father of the groom, father of the bride, best man and ring bearer. * Pearl Bridal Boutique located in Holyoke has provided the bridal dress (retail value of $1,200). * Susan Wcislo Photography is providing photography, including a proof book with 150 photos (retail value of $1,500). * McClelland's Florist has provided the bride's bouquet and the on ice arrangements.
