October 11, 2024 - SAINT PAUL, MN - The Minnesota Frost have announced its training camp roster in preparation for the 2024-25 Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) season. The roster includes a total of 28 players with training camp officially scheduled to begin on Tuesday, Nov. 12 at Tria Rink in Downtown Saint Paul. Melissa Caruso Named General Manager of PWHL Minnesota

September 3, 2024 - ST. PAUL, MN - PWHL Minnesota has announced the appointment of Melissa Caruso as General Manager. Caruso joins the team from the American Hockey League (AHL), where she spent 15 years. PWHL Minnesota Signs First Round Draft Pick Claire Thompson to Two-Year Contract

August 2, 2024 - ST. PAUL, MN - PWHL Minnesota today announced that the team has signed defender Claire Thompson to a Standard Player Agreement through the 2025-26 Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) season. Thompson was selected by Minnesota in the first round, third overall, at the 2024 PWHL Draft.
