Hillcats Announce New Friday Night Start Time

May 21, 2019 - Lynchburg, Va. - The Lynchburg Hillcats have announced a game time change on Friday night's for the rest of the 2019 season at City Stadium. First pitch has been moved to 6:30 p.m., instead of a 6 p.m. start as originally scheduled. Friday games will now feature Happy Hour beginning at 5 p.m., with a live DJ at the Kona Beach Bar down the right field line. May 21, 2019 - Zebulon, N.C. - The Lynchburg Hillcats lost on a walk-off for the first second time in 2019, falling 8-7 to the Carolina Mudcats on Wednesday in extra innings. Leading off the bottom of the tenth inning with a runner at second base, Mario Feliciano belted a walk-off two-run homer for Carolina (27-17) on the first pitch of the frame from Lynchburg's (21-21) Jared Robinson (Loss, 0-3). May 19, 2019 - Lynchburg, Va. - The Lynchburg Hillcats made a late push, coming back from a 3-0 deficit to tie the game in the ninth inning, but fell in 10 innings to the Pelicans, 5-4. Lynchburg (21-20) narrowly missed on sweeping the Pelicans (16-28) when the 'Cats failed to cash in with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 10th inning. May 18, 2019 - Lynchburg, Va. - The Lynchburg Hillcats collected 14 hits as they cruised to an easy 6-1 win over the Myrtle Beach Pelicans on Saturday night.
