November 1, 2025 - CHARLOTTE, NC - The Puerto Rico Women's National Team has named Carolina Ascent defender Jill Aguilera, goalkeeper Sydney Martinez, and forward Maria Tapia to its roster for the upcoming CONCACAF qualifier against St. Lucia on December 1.

October 31, 2025 - SPOKANE, WA - #10 Rylee Baisden buried two second half goals as Carolina Ascent notched their second straight road win 2-1 over Spokane Zephyr FC.
It was a thoroughly strong game from the Ascent, causing problems for Spokane all night via pressure and creating turnovers. The squad recorded 18 total shots, a season-high.
Despite cold conditions with the Pacific Northwest, it was Carolina Ascent that came out hot, taking five shots in the first 15 minutes.

October 20, 2025 - CHARLOTTE, NC - Carolina Ascent FC and the U.S. Soccer Federation announced today that goalkeeper Charlotte Burge has been called into U.S. U-20 Women's National Team Camp.
The camp will take place October 22-30 in Kansas City, Missouri. This marks Burge's second national team call-up of 2025, following her selection to the U-19 training camp in June.
The age cutoff for the 2026 FIFA Under-20 Women's World Cup is players born on or after Jan. 1, 2006. The 24-player roster for this camp includes an even split of players... Full Story
October 18, 2025 - BROOKLYN, NY - Carolina Ascent picked up their first road victory of the season Saturday night, knocking off Brooklyn FC 2-1.
#2 Brianna Martinez opened the scoring and #7 Jill Aguilera scored the game-winning goal in the second half to stretch Carolina's unbeaten streak against Brooklyn to five games.
With the sun setting over Coney Island, Carolina Ascent got off to a sharper start, immediately setting the tone with maintained possession in Brooklyn territory.
