EVERETT, Wash. - The AquaSox put together a five-run rally in the bottom of the ninth to tie the game, and scored the game-winning run in the 10th to defeat the Canadians, 7-6, Saturday night at Everett Memorial Stadium.

With two on and two outs in the bottom of the ninth, Mike Zunino tied it all up at 6-6 with one swing of the bat - launching one off the video board in center field. Before Zunino's at-bat, a hard-hit ball from Ketel Marte went under the Vancouver second baseman's glove to plate the first two runs of the inning.

The momentum carried into the 10th inning when Jamodrick McGruder hit a line-drive over the second baseman's head to knock in Keith Werman for the game-winning run. McGruder, along with David Villasuso, recorded three hits on the night.

The pitching matchup Saturday night consisted of the two youngest players in the Northwest League in Victor Sanchez of Everett and Roberto Osuna of Vancouver - both 17-years-old and separated in age by one week.

Sanchez pitched well for the Frogs, striking out eight batters in six innings and giving up five runs (three earned) on six hits and no walks.

The game started a lot different than how it ended as the Sox had a tough time putting the ball in play against Osuna in his five innings of work. The right-hander from Mexico struck out 13 Frogs in his first appearance with the Canadians.

Mark Bordonaro (3-1, 4.61 ERA) earned the win relief, throwing 1.1 scoreless innings along with two punchouts. Zack Breault (1-2, 6.75 ERA) recorded the loss for the C's.

The AquaSox (3-2, 31-12) will look to take the series Sunday afternoon when they take on the Canadians (3-3, 25-18) in the final game of the three-game set. First pitch is scheduled for 4:05 p.m.; left-hander Steven Ewing (2-1, 4.15 ERA) will be on the bump for the Frogs, and will be opposed by right-hander Ben White (2-4, 6.31 ERA) of the Canadians.
