Game Keys: Jace Brewer drilled a walk off single scoring a pair of runs in the bottom of the ninth to deliver the home standing Oklahoma Redhawks a 3-2 come from behind win. The visiting New Orleans Zephyrs led 2-0 after eight innings and with the loss dropped their eighth consecutive game. Z's starter Andrew Good pitched six shutout innings allowing three hits. Mike Vento drilled a home run in the second inning to get the Zephyrs a 1-0 lead. New Orleans added to the lead in the eighth with a two out rally. Bernie Castro singled and scored on a Henry Mateo double. Micah Bowie pitched two scoreless innings in relief. The Z's led 2-0 and turned it over to their closer Roy Corcoran. Oklahoma worked a pair of walks and a pair of hits when reserve infielder Jace Brewer drilled a 2-2 pitch into centerfield giving the Redhawks a 3-2 victory. Oklahoma starting pitcher Edinson Volquez received a no decision but allowed only one run on two hits in seven innings. Wes Littleton earned the win and Corcoran receives his second loss and second blown save of the year.

Game Notes: New Orleans has dropped eight consecutive games and have fallen into sole possession of last place for the first time this season. The Zephyrs offense has scored four runs in their last 37 innings. The Oklahoma Redhawks recognized Hornets Guard Chris Paul with a standing ovation in the seventh inning. The NBA rookie of the year was sitting in a sky box at the stadium.
