
Zakaria Diallo Transfers to RC Lens

MONTREAL - The Montreal Impact announced on Wednesday the transfer of centre-back Zakaria Diallo to RC Lens, in the French Ligue 2. The transfer details were not disclosed.
After missing the 2018 season because of an Achilles tendon injury, Diallo played 24 games, including 23 starts, and 2,037 minutes during the 2019 regular season, scoring three goals and adding two assists.
The Impact would like to thank Zakaria Diallo and wish him good luck with his new club.
It's the third transfer in the club's history, after the ones of Ballou Tabla to FC Barcelona, in January 2018, and Alejandro Silva to Club Olimpia, in January 2019.
Transaction: Defender Zakaria Diallo is transferred to RC Lens, in Ligue 2.
