The Louisville Bats announced that the Cincinnati Reds top prospect, pitcher Homer Bailey, will start for Louisville at Cooper Stadium on Tuesday. This is a great chance for Reds fans in Central Ohio to see the young phenom. He will be activated from the DL prior to his start.
