
Yoshida's Next Start Set For July 23rd At Home Vs Orange County

(Chico, CA. July 16th, 2010) The Chico Outlaws announced today Japanese knuckleball sensation Eri Yoshida will make her fifth start of the year at home on July 23rd against the Orange County Flyers. Game time is set for 7:05 pm.
The team also announced Yoshida would make her first career road start of the year on July 27th, north of the border in Victoria, British Columbia against their fellow GBL North foe Seals.
On the year, Yoshida has an 0-1 record in her four games, all starts and made baseball history by becoming the first woman to pitch professionally in two countries on May 29th when she squared off against the Tijuana Cimarrones at Nettleton Stadium in Chico.
