York Revolution News Release
Tonight's scheduled contest between the York Revolution and the Bridgeport Bluefish at Sovereign Bank Stadium has been postponed due to rain. The two teams will play a pair of seven-inning games beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday afternoon with gates opening at 5 p.m.
Fans with tickets to Wednesday's postponed contest can exchange those tickets in-person at the Apple Chevrolet Ticket Office for any remaining 2011 regular season home game based on availability, or for a voucher to a 2012 regular season home game. Fans also have the option of exchanging tickets for the Revolution's two-for-one playoff ticket offer. Ticket office hours are 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturdays.
The first 1,000 fans through the gates on Thursday receive a PSECU Revolution umbrella giveaway. There will also be a game-worn jersey auction benefiting Children's Miracle Network, presented by PSECU. Tickets are available at YorkRevolution.com, (717) 801-HITS and in-person at the Apple Chevrolet Ticket Office.
The Revs will enter play on Thursday with a four-game lead for first place in the Freedom Division's second half, possessing a magic number of only two to clinch the second half crown.
