Yankee Stadium Book Signing at PNC Field

For true fans of the New York Yankees and Yankees Stadium, a special event will be taking place this Saturday, June 7 at PNC Field. Alfred Santasiere III, co-author of Yankee Stadium: The Official Retrospective will be on hand for a book signing at the Team Store beginning at 6:00 p.m.

"As an alumnus of Misericordia University, which, of course, is located in the shadows of PNC Field, I am honored to return to Northeastern Pennsylvania to sign copies of Yankee Stadium: The Official Retrospective. I have been looking forward to the event for a long time," Santasiere III said.

The book discusses all the great players and unforgettable memories that make up Yankee Stadium's 85 years. As the New York Yankees and their fans look forward to a new stadium this books reminds readers of the historic past.

There are numerous sports venues across the land but very few compare to the great Yankee Stadium. Millions visit to the legendary stadium each season, but Yankee fan or not, sports fan or not, everyone leaves with a memorable experience.

The book, which was co-authored by Mark Vancil, has received rave reviews.
