Wranglers blank Falcons, 3-0

Las Vegas, NV - The Las Vegas Wranglers defeated the Fresno Falcons 3-0 at the Orleans Arena in front of 4,498 fans on Sunday night. Las Vegas defenseman Jason Jozsa, and wingers Nick Anderson and Tyler Mosienko each scored for Las Vegas in the win. Mike McKenna stopped all 30 Fresno shots to pick up his 13th win on the season. The Wranglers will face the Fresno Falcons on Tuesday night at the Orleans Arena at 7:05pm.

After a scoreless first period, Jason Jozsa scored at 15:05 of the second period to break the scoreless tie and give the Wranglers a 1-0 lead.

In the third period, Las Vegas added to the lead when Nick Anderson scored his eighth goal of the season to give the Wranglers a 2-0 lead. Wranglers' center Tyler Mosienko finished the scoring with his 12th goal of the season at 10:16 for the final score of 3-0.

Tuesday night, the Wranglers and Falcons meet again at 7:05 pm at the Orleans Arena. Friday, February 2nd, the Wranglers host the Toledo Storm at 7:05 pm. The first 2,000 fans receive a Wranglers' projector pen, compliments of Case by Case Digital Imaging Solutions. Saturday, February 3rd, the Wranglers host Toledo for NASCAR night at 7:05 pm. Las Vegas will wear jerseys that resemble Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s #8 car. The Budweiser sponsored car will be in the concourse for fans to see throughout the game. Prior to the game, fans may attend the Port of Subs pre-game party from 4:30 - 6:30 pm in the concourse of the Orleans Arena.

The Wranglers play all 36 home games at the Orleans Arena, located at the Orleans Hotel and Casino at 4500 W. Tropicana Avenue.
