World Series Championship Replica Ring Giveaway, Mini Maker Faire Highlight 4-Game Homestand

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno Grizzlies, Triple-A affiliate of the 2010 and 2012 World Series Champion San Francisco Giants, return home for a four-game homestand against the Tucson Padres, Triple-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres, from April 20-23.

The four-game homestand kicks off with one of the most anticipated games this season. On Saturday, April 20th, the first 2,500 fans will receive a World Series Championship Replica Ring, presented by Fresno Coin Gallery. Gates will open at 5:05 pm for season ticket holders, at 5:35 pm for VIPs (suite and picnic ticket holders), and 6:05 pm for general admission. Also on Saturday, the renowned dancing grounds crew, the Drag Kings, will perform, presented by Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino. The April 20 game starts at 7:05 pm.

On Sunday, April 21, the maker movement that is sweeping the nation and world will overtake Chukchansi Park. The Fresno Ideaworks Mini Maker Faire, the first Mini Maker Faire held in Fresno and at a sporting event, will offer fans the ability to interact and see innovation and creativity from the Central San Joaquin Valley's maker community. As part of the Mini Maker Faire, seven local high school robotics teams will conduct a demonstration with their robots that have competed in regional competitions across California. The Fresno Ideaworks Mini Maker Faire, held in conjunction with Make magazine, will start at a special time of 12 pm and run through the end of the Grizzlies game. First pitch is at 2:05 pm.

April 21 is also Social Sunday, where fans can find an exclusive deal on the Grizzlies' Twitter and Facebook accounts that can be redeemed at Sunday's game. The Social Sundays deal will be announced on Friday, but only applies at the Sunday afternoon game. Before the game, there will be the Stauffer's Animal Crackers Pregame Parade for children ages 6-12 and a Future Giants and Parker Autograph Session. After the game, there will be Kids Run The Bases, presented by popchips.

On Monday, April 22, fans can get a head start on the summer with Monday Madness. The Monday Madness ticket deal, presented by ABC 30 and Wild Water Adventure Park, includes 2 Field Level Reserve tickets, 2 hot dogs and 2 sodas, 2 Wild Water Adventure Park passes, and 2 Blackbeard's mini golf passes, all for just $32. The Monday Madness ticket deal is only available at the Chukchansi Park Box Office on the day of game. First pitch is 7:05 pm.

The four-game homestand wraps up with Two For Tuesday on April 23. Fans looking to sit near the action at an affordable price can purchase 2 Field Box tickets for the price of one (2 tickets for $19). Also, all fans can purchase $2 hot dogs, $2 sodas, and $2 bags of popchips through the fourth inning. The final game of the series starts at 7:05 pm.
