--- The Wolves saw a franchise record penalty killing streak come to a halt on Nov. 4, when they allowed their first power-play goal in seven games; Chicago blanked opponents on the man advantage in six consecutive games (26 of 26) for the first time since Oct. 18 through Nov. 2, 2000; the team has thwarted 30 of its opponent's last 31 power-play attempts and ranks eighth in the league with an 88.0 efficiency rating on the penalty kill (44 of 50).
--- The Wolves are in the midst of a season-high six game road trip; Chicago, which notched its first road win of the season on Nov. 4 at Milwaukee, will play its first three-games-in-three-days set this weekend when the team travels through Texas with stops in San Antonio, Austin and Houston.
--- Right wing SPENCER MACHACEK has been held scoreless in a season-high four games; the 21-year-old forward shares the team lead with 10 points and ranks second with seven assists.
--- Chicago outshot Grand Rapids 32-23 on Friday, the fourth straight contest in which the team has outgunned its foes.

--- Wolves forward ANDREW KOZEK will visit the Elmwood Park Library, 1 Conti Parkway, on Wed., Nov. 11, at 4 p.m., to kick off the team's "Read to Succeed" program, presented by Vista Health System and Pace. Members of the squad will make more than 30 library visits throughout the Chicago area this season for the program, which has reached more than 500,000 children since its inception in 1995.

--- Forwards BRETT STERLING, ANDREW KOZEK, JOHNNY POHL and JOEY CRABB each potted tallies for Chicago
--- Goaltender MANNY LEGACE posted 10 saves on 14 shots in 28:07 of action, while DREW MacINTYRE stopped eight of nine shots he faced in 30:30, taking the eventual loss.

--- Right wing TIM STAPLETON broke a 3-3 tie midway through the third period to give the Wolves their first road win of the season, 4-3, over the Milwaukee Admirals at the Bradley Center

--- Goaltender DREW MacINTYRE posted 14 saves in his third straight win
