
Wolves Send Desbiens to Gwinnett

The Chicago Wolves have reassigned right wing GUILLAUME DESBIENS (ghee-OHM day-BYEHN) to the Gwinnett Gladiators of the ECHL.
DESBIENS racked up seven penalty minutes in two games with the Wolves, his second stint with the club this season. Overall, the 20-year-old forward has been held scoreless in three games with the squad, which includes his professional debut with Chicago on Oct. 7 against the Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights.
The Alma, Quebec, native shares second among ECHL rookies and ranks second on the Gladiators with 22 goals and shares eighth among league first-year pros and is tied for fifth on Gwinnett with 44 points in 44 contests. He ranks fifth among ECHL rookies and fourth on Gwinnett with 132 penalty minutes.
