Sioux Falls, S.D. - The Iowa Wolves (15-17) bounced back from a tough loss Tuesday morning to defeat a fresh Sioux Falls Skyforce team (15-17) 123-117 on the road Wednesday night.

Leading by as many as 10 points in the final quarter of action, Iowa would allow Sioux Falls to bring the game back to a single possession with 6:04 remaining before securing the win down the stretch.

Barry Brown Jr. poured in a season-high 25 points in his seventh start of the season for a short-handed Wolves team. The former Kansas State Wildcat converted a team-high four three-pointers and added four rebounds and five assists in the win.

Iowa was without a two-way player or Timberwolves assignees to finish a back-to-back that included two games in two days.

As a team the Wolves shot 50.6% (42-83) from the field and 45.5% (15-of-33) from beyond the arc. The Wolves also outscored their opponent from the free throw line 18-8.

Lindell Wigginton provided a huge boost playing with the second unit, finishing with 24 points and four rebounds. Trevon Duval tied a season-high (15) in points as a starter for the Wolves

Devon Reed led all scorers with a monster 29-point, 11-rebound, eight-assist performance for Sioux Falls. The former NBA guard shot 10-of-20 from the floor and 5-of-11 from deep in the loss for the home team.

Iowa will finish its two-game road trip Saturday night against the Texas Legends at 7:30 p.m. CT.
