Sudbury Wolves News Release
(Greater Sudbury, ON) The Sudbury Wolves are pleased to partner with All Nations Church for the 6th annual Mountain of Mittens campaign. Fans are encouraged to bring new children's mittens and hats to one of the Wolves three home games over the next week. Mittens and hats collected will be donated locally to help keep Sudbury's children warm this winter.
All Nations Church volunteers will be on-hand to collect the donations at entrances on Thursday November 25th, Friday November 26th and Sunday November 28th.
"All Nations Church is thrilled to partner with the Sudbury Wolves to deliver toques and mitts to supported schools throughout Northern Ontario for children who go to school inadequately dressed," said Pastor Sean. "Please join us as we support our less fortunate families and the wonderful teachers at our schools that provide care and learning to our most treasured."
"We are very excited to partner with All Nations Church for this great initiative and to be able to work with Eileen Mahood and Pastor Sean Morton," said Miranda Boivin, SWSE Marketing Manager. "This initiative benefits many children throughout the Greater Sudbury community who may not have mitts or hats when attending school. This program helps promote inclusiveness, so no one feels left out."
