
Wolves and LifeSource out for Blood again on January 18

January is National Blood Donor Month, and the Chicago Wolves and LifeSource have teamed up for the second Chicago Wolves Blood Drive. The drive will be held at the Wolves practice facility inside the Triphahn Center, located at 1685 W. Higgins Road in Hoffman Estates, on Tue., Jan. 18, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The first 150 donors will get a Chicago Wolves hat, while participants will be able to tour the Wolves state-of-the art practice facility and win prizes, including tickets to a game, Wildfire Restaurants gift certificates and a team-autographed jersey and stick. In addition, Skates, the Wolves mascot, and players including AKIM ALIU, RILEY HOLZAPFEL, ARTURS KULDA and MARK MATHESON will be on hand throughout the event to meet donors and sign autographs.
¬ÅWe were so impressed with the amount of support our fans showed for our first blood drive this season, ¬Â said Wolves President Mike Gordon. ¬ÅWe hope this one will be have an even better turnout in support of a life-saving cause. ¬Â
