Wolves Add Lee To Blueline

The Chicago Wolves have signed defenseman BRIAN LEE.

LEE, the Anaheim Ducks' third pick, 71st overall, in the 2002 National Hockey League Entry Draft, has notched five assists, six points and 54 penalty minutes in 38 games with the ECHL's Gwinnett Gladiators this season.

Last season, the 22-year-old blueliner appeared in 47 games with the American Hockey League's Norfolk Admirals, collecting six assists, seven points and 103 penalty minutes during his rookie year. LEE made his professional debut when he tallied one goal in nine games with the AHL's Cincinnati Mighty Ducks in 2002-03.

The Berrien Springs, Mich., native collected 25 goals, 82 assists, 107 points and 482 penalty minutes in 319 tilts with the Erie Otters of the Ontario Hockey League, prior to turning pro.

In accordance with team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
