
Winterhawks Sign Tanner Nagel

The Portland Winterhawks have signed 17-year-old forward Tanner Nagel.
A native of Mossbank, Saskatchewan, Nagel had 12 goals and 30 assists for 42 points in 43 games with the Tisdale Trojans of the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League last season.
"Tanner has made positive improvements in his game since being added to our protected list two years ago," said Portland Winterhawks General Manager & Head Coach Jamie Kompon. "He provides good energy every shift along with a strong attention to detail. We look forward to watching him play in the Tri-Cities tournament this week."
