
Winterhawks Sign Braeden Jockims to WHL Standard Player Agreement

Portland, Ore. - The Portland Winterhawks Hockey Club today announced the signing of forward Braeden Jockims from Saskatoon, Sask. The 17-year-old forward will join the Winterhawks' active roster immediately and will wear number eight.
Jockims spent the last two years playing for the Saskatoon Contacts U18 AAA program. Through 22 games this season, he ranks second on the team with 14 goals and 22 points.
The 6-foot, 174-pound forward was listed by the Winterhawks in 2021 and participated in the last two Neely Cup training camps. This fall, Jockims scored one goal and had two primary assists as a member of Team Petan.
