Winston-Salem Dash Home Opener on Thursday Night

Winston-Salem, NC - The Winston-Salem Dash, the Advanced Class A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox, will play their home opener on Thursday, April 23 at Gene Hooks Field at Wake Forest Baseball Park (formerly Ernie Shore Field). The Dash will welcome in the Wilmington Blue Rocks for a four-game series beginning Thursday with the first pitch scheduled for 7 p.m. The Frederick Keys follow with a three-game set beginning on Monday, April 27 at 7 p.m.

The Dash recently announced single game tickets are currently on sale for games through June 17th which are scheduled to be played at Wake Forest Baseball Park. Tickets are available at www.wsdash.com or by calling 336-714-2287.
Single-game ticket prices remain the same as 2008 with VIP seats selling for $9, reserved seats for $8 and general admission bleacher seats for $7. A special group package is also available for $8 and includes a reserved seat, a limited edition Dash hat and special recognition at the ballpark. A group consists of 20 or people and the tickets must be purchased in advance to receive the additional benefits.
