WINNIPEG, MB. - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce the club has re-signed national linebacker Sam Hurl.
Hurl has spent the past two seasons in Winnipeg after signing as a free agent in 2015. Over his two seasons in Winnipeg, Hurl played in 30 games, registering 59 defensive tackles, 14 special teams tackles, five sacks, two interceptions and one forced fumble.
Hurl has played 72 career CFL games, tallying 100 defensive tackles, 49 special teams tackles, seven sacks, two interceptions, and two forced fumbles.
