Wings Trade Faceoff Man Geoff Snider to Calgary for Orlando Titans Dispersal Draft Pick

The Philadelphia Wings have traded 2010 Assistant Captain Geoff Snider to the Calgary Roughnecks in exchange for an additional pick in today's 1 p.m. EST Dispersal Draft of Orlando Titans players. The Wings have obtained the #8 pick to add to their #5 pick for this afternoon's draft which relocates some of the NLL's strongest veteran players from the non-returning Orlando franchise.
Snider played five seasons with the Philadelphia Wings, most recently breaking NLL records for Faceoff Wins (295) and Loose Balls (245) in the 2010 Season; he acted as an Assistant Captain during the 2009 and 2010 Seasons. A graduate of University of Denver, he returns to his hometown of Calgary for his sixth season playing with the NLL.
