Spitfires' Game Notes
- The CHL's #1 ranked team leads the OHL with 70 points, on the strength of a 33-5-0-4 record
- Defenceman Ryan Ellis scored the game winner on the power play with 12 seconds left in tonight's contest
- Forward Taylor Hall scored one goal and added three assists in tonight's game, making this the seventh game in which Hall has registered at least four points in one game this season. With tonight's performance, Hall now moves back into first amongst OHL scorers with 68 points in 37 games.
- Goaltender Troy Passingham won his league leading 29th game tonight and he is also tied for second in the OHL with three shutouts and he is also third amongst OHL goalies with a 2.50 goals against average
- Defenceman Mark Cundari scored one goal and added an assist in tonight's game, he is now tied for third amongst all OHL defencemen in scoring with 42 points in 40 games
- Forward Dale Mitchell registered one assist in tonight's contest and he has at least one point in each of his past seven games
- Three Spitfire forwards are ranked in the OHL's top ten of the league's scoring race (1st Hall - 68 points, 6th Henrique - 56 points, 10th Nemisz - 52 points)
