
WHL updates status of referee from Friday night game

The WHL Office has provided an update on the status of referee Graham Skilliter, who was injured during overtime of the Edmonton at Kelowna game last night.
Skilliter was carried off the ice on a stretcher and was taken by ambulance to a hospital in Kelowna, where he was kept overnight.He suffered a concussion but is otherwise OK.
He has been released from the hospital and is currently on his way back to his home in Saskatoon where he will rest until he has fully recovered from the concussion.
