WHL Bantam Draft Thursday

Regina, Saskatchewan - The Western Hockey League Bantam Draft is slated for Thursday morning in Calgary. The Pats will be making their first selection of the Draft shortly after it gets underway at 8:30 a.m. The Blue and White hold the 2nd overall selection as a result of winning the WHL Bantam Draft Lottery earlier this year. The Bantam Draft Lottery only affects the First Round, and as such, the Pats pick with be the 6th of rounds 2-15.
With the 2nd overall pick, the Pats will make their highest selection in the Bantam Draft since 2005 when they selected Colten Teubert with the 1st selection in the draft.
