The Westchester Knicks snap a four-game losing streak against the Birmingham Squadron led by the return of New York Knicks Two-Way players Jacob Toppin and Charlie Brown Jr. Jacob Toppin recorded a career high 40 points and career high 16 rebounds to go along with his 5 assists and 2 blocks. Charlie Brown Jr. brought the defensive intensity and his three-point prowess as he finished the night as the second leading scorer for the Knicks with 24 points, 2 steals and 4 3PM.The Knicks would keep the game close after the first period but would fall behind by 12 at halftime, 59-67. The Knicks would go on to regain the lead scoring 42 points in the third quarter due to strong performances from Brandon Goodwin and Toppin. Goodwin would score 14 of his 20 points in the third quarter flirting with a near triple double 20 points, a season high 14 assists, and 7 rebounds. The Knicks shot 62.5% from the field in the third quarter going on a 9-0 run to close out the quarter 101-94. The Squadron would make several attempts to take control of the ball game the final quarter but the Knicks stood their ground and never relinquished the lead. Malcolm Hill was the lead scorer for the Birmingham with 39 points, 5 rebounds and 6 3PM. Dereon Seabron displayed another strong outing on his second game against the Knicks with 23 points and 8 assists. Squadron E.J Lidell finished with a 20 point and 11 rebound double-double.
