Wednesday, Mar. 9 - PENGUINS 6 vs. Lehigh Valley 5 (OT)

The Penguins had an amazing come-from-behind win against the Phantoms, rallying from down 5-2 in the third period to win 6-5 in overtime. Tom Kostopoulos had his first four-assist game in his career. Carter Rowney completed a three-point game (2G-1A) with the overtime game-winner. Jarrett Burton scored his first AHL goal.

Saturday, Mar. 12 - PENGUINS 2 vs. Bridgeport 3

After a scoreless first period, Kostopoulos broke the tie and scored the game's first goal in the second period. Both Kostopoulos' second period tally and Kael Mouillierat's third period goal came on the power play. Adam Krause made his AHL debut, recording three shots on goal.

Sunday, Mar. 13 - PENGUINS 2 at Bridgeport 3

Rowney scored the first goal of the game, reaching the 20-goal plateau for the first time in his pro career. Tim Erixon scored the go-ahead goal with Krause and Patrick McGrath on the assists for their first career points in the AHL. Tristan Jarry made his ninth performance of 30 saves or more with 31 stops on Sunday.

The Week Ahead

Saturday, Mar. 19 - PENGUINS vs. Hershey

The Penguins take on the Hersey Bears at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza to battle it out for the top spot in the Atlantic Division. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton won these two teams' last meeting on Mar. 6 by a score of 5-4.

Sunday, Mar. 20 - PENGUINS at Hershey

The Penguins then shoot to Hershey for the back end of a weekend home-and-home series with the Bears. Hershey is 20-6-1-5 this season at Giant Center. Game time is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.

-Tom Kostopoulos has nine points (1G-8A) on the Pens' last 15 goals.

- On Wednesday, Carter Rowney inked a two-year deal with Pittsburgh, his first NHL contract.

- Rowney has 23 points (13G-10A) in his last 18 games.

- Rowney's three overtime goals this season are tied for most in the AHL with Chicago's Danny Kristo.

- Franky Palazzese's four saves in Wednesday's win was the fewest saves made by a Pens winning goalie since Jeff Drouin-Deslauriers turned away three shots in a victory on Feb. 25, 2014. It was also the lowest save total ever for a goalie earning their first win as a Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguin.
