Our new website went online Friday evening. I hope you will take a moment or two to check out our new look. There is quite a bit more information on the site than there was previously -- news articles, many new photographs, etc. Watch for the website to be updated often. Moving Right Along!
Crews have completed 13 rows of the risers that will support the chair back seats by the end of September. Two-thirds of the roof is up and sheeted on stadium. The shinglers have begun their very hot job of drying in the roof. The photo above was taken Saturday about 7:30 PM. It is a look at the seating sections down the left field line.

Up Next! The next two weeks are going to zoom by and the visual changes to Wuerfel Park are going to be amazing. Team Elmer's has been working hard preparing the fan parking lot for blacktop. The fan parking lot is 3/4 down. Leaving paths for big truck access that won't destroy it in the next month as the crews finish construction. The walking path on Stadium Drive will be blacktopped Monday morning, with the path around the stadium outfield going in immediately thereafter.
The landscaping crews have begun their very large job of putting trees in around the property. All told well over 100 trees will find their new home at Wuerfel Park.
