Washington Spirit Announce Roster Updates for 2019 Off-Season

Boyds, Md. - The Washington Spirit has announced updates for all rostered players at the end of the 2019 season following the league's opening of the off-season re-entry wire.
The Spirit has exercised the options of 11 players. This includes defenders Tori Huster, Tegan McGrady, Paige Nielsen and Sam Staab, midfielders Jordan DiBiasi, Dorian Bailey, Meggie Dougherty Howard, Bayley Feist, and forwards Ashley Hatch, Cheyna Matthews, and Crystal Thomas.
Also remaining on the Spirit's roster are allocated United States Women's National Team players Rose Lavelle and Mallory Pugh.
The Spirit has extended new contract offers to midfielder Andi Sullivan, goalkeeper Aubrey Bledsoe and defender Mallory Eubanks.
The Spirit has placed nine players on the re-entry wire. This includes defenders Megan Crosson, McKenzie Berryhill, Amy Harrison, and Elise Kellond-Knight, midfielders Tiffany McCarty, Chloe Logarzo, and Cali Farquharson, forward Arielle Ship, and goalkeeper Shae Yanez.
