Boyds, Md. - The Washington Spirit and Enlightenment Capital have agreed to a sponsorship deal through the 2020 calendar year. Enlightenment Capital joins a growing group of corporate partners supporting the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) as the league achieves national exposure via matches televised on CBS and the CBS family of networks.

"Enlightenment Capital builds leading national security companies and invests in the broader DMV community," said Enlightenment Capital Managing Partner Devin Talbott. "We are thrilled to support the success of the Spirit and women's soccer."

During the 2020 NWSL Fall Series, Enlightenment Capital will be promoted through on-location signage during the Spirit's Fall Series matches. This year is a continuation of Enlightenment Capital's support and commitment to the Washington Spirit. In 2019, the company sponsored promotional items for the Spirit's two Audi Field games.

"I want to thank Devin Talbott and Enlightenment Capital for supporting the Washington Spirit," said Spirit Majority Owner Steve Baldwin. "Devin is a remarkable business leader and he has incredible passion for the game and serving the community. He introduced me to DC Scores, and it is an honor to join him in supporting the work of such a great community organization."
